Client satisfaction is of utmost importance, DIXIL is dedicated to deal with any complaints in a mannered and efficient way. To this end, the 'CHRONO 20' scheme aims to deal with any complaint concerning the quality of the room or its equipment within a maximum of 20 minutes. Passed the 20 minutes with no resolution of the issue, the night will be offered to the customer.
